Generic Floating Support Services for the Vale of Glamorgan Council

Vale of Glamorgan Council Generic Floating Support to prevent Homelessness. This includes people over 55 yrs with support needs; People with learning disabilities; People with physical disabilities; People with chronic illness and floating support to the new Penarth Extra Care Scheme. This tender applies to a 180-unit floating support service delivering flexible housing related support to a Generic client group in the Vale with the aim of preventing homelessness. The aim of this project is to provide housing support to improve outcomes for people at risk of homelessness to access information, advice, support and resources to enable them to make informed choices. Please note it is the Council's view that TUPE applies to this procurement exercise.
