Open Framework for the Provision of Homecare Services

Cumberland Council is procuring an Open Framework for the Provision of Homecare Services. The aim of the Service is to enable Service Users receiving home care to lead a full qualitative life, maximising their independence, promoting their health and wellbeing and supporting them to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes for as long as possible whilst maintaining their individual dignity, privacy, freedom of choice and treating them with respect.
