Norfolk County Council is seeking applications from suitability qualified Passenger Transport Providers to be admitted onto a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of Passenger Transport Services. Operators who are admitted onto the DPS will be invited to bid for contracts for including, home to school transport, social care transport, local bus services and various ad-hoc requirements.
