Express InterestTender Description
Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the Subject Access Request Support Services. The Childrens Services directorate are looking to put a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) in place to assist with the processing of Subject Access Requests (SAR) in the event of a backlog of requests. The requirement involves handling and processing data of Children’s Services SARs disclosures under the laws of UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act (2018). The DPS will commence on 24th March 2025 and will be for a period of three years. From 27th March 2025 onwards an application can be submitted at anytime up until 25th January 2028.
