Approved List Supported Living Services For Working Age Adults

East Sussex County Council’s Adult Social Care Department (the “Council”) has established a list of pre-approved providers for the provision of Supported Living Services for Working Age Adults and offer a consistent approach in the commissioning and provision of accommodation-based care and support AND housing support for Working Age Adults. It specifies services to be provided to Working Age Adults who are eligible for Adult Social Care who are living in a supported living service for client-specific requirements for the provision of accommodation-based care and support and housing support for:- People with learning disabilities People with mental health support needs; People with physical disabilities, sensory impairment and long-term conditions. The Council wishes to work in partnership with Service Providers in delivering a high quality of support to its clients and hopes to maximise the use of available resources by establishing longer-term, more integrated relationships through a contractual framework which is flexible enough to reflect changing needs, priorities and lessons learnt, and which encourages client participation. The Council is now seeking further applications from Service Providers for the remainder of this Approved List lifetime. This opportunity is for Applicants who are in a position to confirm they have in place service access to local (East Sussex) accommodation or are able to provide a mobilisation plan evidencing that service accommodation will be made available within a reasonable period of contract award. This opportunity is for the remaining two (2) year term extension of the Approved List (commencing June 2024 until June 2026).
