25090 Mental Health Early Intervention and Prevention
Express InterestTender Description
Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) is inviting tenders for a Mental Health Early Intervention and Prevention Service. The service is a key part of Adult Social Care's (ASC) statutory and preventative approach to mental health. It helps people to remain independent and delays the need for more intensive intervention by providing personalised statutory support and connecting people to services and activities in their local communities. This not only improves outcomes for people receiving the support but enables the Council to effectively manage demand and associated costs. The service is open to adults aged 18 and over with poor mental health who are ordinarily resident in Cambridgeshire, with the goal of the service being to offer early intervention to adults to improve health and wellbeing and prevent escalation of issues. The service should include: • A statutory 1:1 service as set out in the specification • An open access complementary service • A café model, group activities and peer support service • Digital mental health support (24/7) - online support • Financial support
