Express InterestTender Description
Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a single supplier to provide the SENDIASS service, with the aim of promoting independence and self-advocacy for children, young people and parents. This is an estimate based on current demand and there is the potential for this to increase (or decrease) over time. The Provider must retain flexibility to respond to changes in volume as needs or statutory requirements evolve, within the proposed service delivery offer. A full scope of the Contracting Authority’s requirements is provided with the tender documents. It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2029, with the option to extend incrementally for a period of 2 years (subject to contract review and budget availability). The anticipated contract budget is £135,600 (ex VAT) per annum.
