Intensive Housing Advice and Support Service (IHASS)

Lewisham Council (the Council) invites you to submit a Tender for a floating support service. The Intensive Housing Advice and Support Service (IHASS) will deliver brief, intensive housing-related support to service users whose accommodation is at risk, or who would be at risk of losing their accommodation without timely intervention. This procurement is being conducted under the Procurement Act 2023, using a two-stage Competitive Flexible Procedure. The first stage requires all interested organisations to complete and submit the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ), this includes questions on the tenderer’s relevant experience from which the successful suppliers will be invited to Stage 2 to submit full tender submissions. It is expected that the successful tenderer will begin provision of the service on 01/04/2027. This Contract is for an initial period of three years, with the possibility of a further two years extension, at the Council’s discretion.
