HCC0326- Provision of a Sensory Support Service for Hertfordshire County Council

Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the Provision of a sensory support service for Hertfordshire. The Council are seeking to award Contracts for Sensory Support Services across Hertfordshire. As per the Specification (Schedule 1 of the Terms and Conditions), these services are available to individuals who are Bind, have sight loss, Deaf or have hearing loss or individuals who have duel Sensory loss 18 years of age and over residing in Hertfordshire. These contracts are jointly funded by Hertfordshire County Council (‘The Council’) and the Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board (I C B) and they supplement statutory health and social care provision and aim to support people to continue living life independently in their community, and to help prevent the deterioration of their health and wellbeing. The Contract will consist of the following Lots: Lot 1- Visual Rehabilitation for Individuals Who are Blind or Have Sight Loss. Lot 2- Support for individuals Residing in Hertfordshire Who are Blind or Have Sight Loss. Lot 3- Support for individuals Residing in Hertfordshire Who are Deaf or Have Hearing Loss There will be no restriction on the amount of Lots a Tenderer may bid for. Individual Contracts will be formed for each Lot.
