Supported Family Accommodation

>Bristol City Council is seeking experienced partners to provide accommodation and support in Bristol to homeless families. Partners will provide and manage good quality accommodation and provide short term support to households referred into the accommodation to help them recover from homelessness and move on to sustainable housing (usually to meet VII Homelessness Duty). The majority of households will have low support needs, however, partners will need to be experienced and expert at working with people with a range of needs including mental ill health, substance misuse and psychological trauma. Providers will also need to assist families to settle into new tenancies and make their move out of supported accommodation successful.
