The Mental Health Crisis Prevention and Outreach Service will offer timely, flexible, and responsive support to de-escalate crises in the community. This will be a VCSE-led service providing short-term crisis prevention and outreach for individuals who are unknown or recently known to secondary care services and who may present to Emergency Departments outside of standard operating hours. The service will be an important preventative element in Croydon\'s mental health pathway.
