Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of Specialist Residential and Respite Services for Adults with Complex Needs

Warrington Borough Council is inviting providers to join the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Specialist Residential and Respite Services for Adults with Complex Needs. We are seeking high-quality, CQC-registered providers to deliver tailored care and support for adults (18-64) with learning disabilities, autism, dementia, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and other complex needs. The DPS is structured across four lots: Lot 1: Specialist Residential Care – In Warrington Lot 2: Specialist Residential Care – Outside of Warrington Lot 3: Residential Respite Care – In Warrington Lot 4: Residential Respite Care – Outside of Warrington Providers will have the opportunity to bid for placements and block contracts as they arise, supporting individuals with both long-term residential care and short-term respite stays, including emergency placements.
