The provision of Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System for Domiciliary Care Services in Knowsley, Liverpool & Sefton

This service specification relates to domiciliary care services for adults, including older people across the metropolitan borough of Knowsley. In the future, this may also include Liverpool City Council who has participated in the commissioning of this service. If Liverpool City Council does join, it will be when their existing framework contract for domiciliary care expires. This specification reflects the results of on going collaboration to secure sustainable and innovative domiciliary care provision across the three neighbouring Local Authorities (LAs) in the Liverpool City Region (LCR).
