PP18216 - Provision of Transport Services

The Council invites suppliers to apply to become an Admitted Participant for the provision of passenger transport services for the Council. This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) will operate for an initial period of five years with yearly break clauses. These break clauses allow WCC to terminate the DPS or specific Lots within the DPS on the anniversary of the DPS start date by giving all Admitted Participants a minimum of two months’ notice. Call-off contracts awarded under the DPS shall be for the period specified in the Call-Off Contract terms and shall generally be for no longer than five years. Call-Off Contracts may continue beyond the termination date of the DPS, at the Council’s discretion and subject to the terms of the Contract. The DPS will last for no longer than ten years in total.
