SEND Transport DPS

Medway Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of home to school SEND Transport. Predominantly the travel arrangements are in the Medway area or within Kent. A minority of members in the community will require travel assistance outside of Kent and Medway. The DPS will be utilised to conduct mini-competition call-offs, whereby those taxi operators who achieve a place on the DPS will be invited to bid for route contracts and services
