The project invites providers to apply for accreditation through an open, one stage process, under the Provider Selection Regime’s (PSR) Direct Award Process B, to deliver Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Homecare Services for the population of NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board. The project remains active during the term of the contract and is subject to quarterly review. (dates can be amended at the discretion of the ICB)
