Provision of Passenger Transport Services (DPS)

Bedford Borough Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint suitable operators of passenger transport vehicles, specifically to provide a vehicle and a driver, and in some instances a Passenger Assistant, to become approved Operators within Lots on a Passenger Transport Services DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) Agreement. The Council provides transport for a upwards of 3,200 service users including Mainstream and Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social Care and Adult Social Service Clients.
