Care Home Framework (CHF)

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the Care Home Framework – through which residential and nursing care placements will be purchased. The Care Home Framework will be available for the Hampshire County Council, Southampton City Council and the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (HIOWICB) to purchase residential and nursing care placements from. Homes will be able to apply for the Care Home Framework for any residential and or nursing care homes that are within Hampshire or a 25-mile radius of the border of Hampshire, including residential and or nursing care homes on the Isle of Wight. The Framework will commence on 1st April 2024 and an application can be submitted at anytime up until 31st March 2034 whilst the Framework is live (please see supporting documentation for details). The intention is that the Care Home Framework will be open for the initial term and extension period for new Homes to join. However, the Council reserves the right to review this twice a year.
