In response to feedback from customers and carers in Wiltshire, the Authority is transforming the way it commissions so that daytime and evening opportunities provide the kind of community-based support that meet people’s high expectations. Framework for provision of daytime and evening opportunities for adults aged 16+ with eligible care needs. Services focus on person-centered support, community inclusion, and skills development.
