An ‘Open Framework’ for the provision of Daytime and Evening Opportunities to meet people’s assessed needs in Wiltshire . These services are for young people aged 16-17, young adults and older adults. In response to feedback from customers and carers in Wiltshire, the Authority is transforming the way it commissions so that daytime and evening opportunities provide the kind of community-based support that meet people’s high expectations.
